When you book an appointment at our salon, we reserve that time especially for you.
If you would like to book an appointment for a treatment of £50 or above, we require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is taken at the time of booking.
If you would prefer to book your appointment online and pay with Klarna, please contact us first to arrange the deposit payment.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you can’t make your appointment. We kindly request that you advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Please either call us on 020 3092 6870 or message us using the form on our contact page.
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable but if you are unable to make your appointment and you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
